Participation in 4th World Ageing and Generations Congress (South Africa May.08) ILCSA's Monica Ferreira and Sebastiana Kalula, and associates Bilkish Cassim, Isabella Aboderin and Jaco Hoffman participated in the fourth congress of the World Demographic Association, held in St Gallen, Switzerland in August 2008. The congress had a strong Africanpresence. A special ceremony was held within the congress to honour Monica Ferreira for hercontribution to African Gerontology.                 [ news index ]
